We manufacture the elements and segmented barrels in the extruder not only for plastics extrusion 

customers but also for those customers processing the snacks & pet food.

  Material:

• tools steel W6Mo5Cr4V2:

  The elements are produced with a process of vacuum quenching, through the hardening to extremely resist the wear & abrasion and enhance the toughness. This type of material is available to be applied to produce engineering polymers with less than 30% G/F adding or high proportion additives, or WPC materials etc.

• nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA:

  The material is treated by nitride processing and therefore has higher HRC, which could be effective to carry out the resistant of wear and corrosion. Application for ordinary elements and segmented barrels.

• hastelloy C-276:

  It is ultra anti-corrosive material based on nickel base alloy. The alloy C-276 is used to make the elements and segmented barrels of extruders which produce Fluropolymers for example: Teflon FEP, PTFE

• stainless steel 316L:

       The outstanding characteristics are anti-corrosive and rust proof. Usually applied for the elements making of food 

       extruder.
